Steele Johnson, LMFAO, And Not Stopping Until You Get Enough

I know, what a title this week. But I'll explain the first two things later. I swear that Steele Johnson is not a porno name. The last part, I figured I should do something Michael Jackson related as believe it or not he passed away three years ago today.

This past Monday was dull for me so let me skip ahead to the next day. I had free time so in the late afternoon I went to the Florida Mall area. First I stopped at a nearby MovieStop; it was one I hadn't been to before so I was eager to check out what they had. I ended up getting some DVD's so I was happy. After that I went to the mall and it was nothing out of the ordinary there, except that I had cheese curds from A&W and would you believe I had never had cheese curds before in my life? True story. They weren't half-bad. While I was eating that they showed something on the TV's in the food court I could have done without. You probably have seen in various food courts the Akoo network, where they show various music vidoes. Well, while I was there they had a special hour devoted to Justin Bieber, as I understood he had an album coming out that day. Not too surprisingly I saw various girls who looked to be around 13 or 14 happily watching that programming.

After that I left; on the way back home I stopped at a Planet Smoothie as I had heard they had some limited edition lemonade flavors so I needed to try one. It turns out, it's good shit!

Wednesday was dull so let me skip ahead to Thursday. I went on the mission for looking for some Aussie-style licorice. No, Aussie-style is not a euphemism for anything dirty. Don't ask me how it differs from regular licorice but the green apple variety is pretty darn fantastic. I went to the local Dollar Tree to look for it but they had no green apple so I got the regular strawberry flavor. Before I stopped there I went to another dollar store in the area to look around. I got minor items from both. Good Lord did I run into people I would not call shining and stellar members of our society. One store I heard a crying kid and I thought it was a toddler but it turns out the girl was like 10 years old; she was just acting like a toddler. Otherwise it was rather trashy people; not that I should have been surprised there would be that crowd at such a store.

Friday was boring so I'll just mention now that the past week had some rain... until the weekend. It was rainy on Saturday but thankfully it stopped so I was able to go out and about in the evening. Sunday was when all hell broke loose. I know that other areas of Central Florida got it much worse than what I go so I won't complain; still, it rained just about all day and at times it was quite windy... yeah, not good times and I was glad I was able to stay in all day.

As for Saturday, I decided to spice things up so I went to... Mako's! Before then, though, I went somewhere else then made it to downtown Orlando. I decided to go to Universal CityWalk first. I hadn't been there on a Friday or Saturday night in ages. I walked around for a bit, had a snack... and oh yeah, had a big alcoholic beverage too. What I had featured orange juice, Sprite, and I had my virgin experience with whipped cream vodka. I approve of it. While I was there, an area was set up for people to dance and they had a dance-off; it featured such old school songs as the Cha-Cha Slide, the Electric Slide, and the Macarena; I have no idea why I remembered most of the dance, though. Oh yeah, and while I was there I ended up running into a local pro wrestler and his girlfriend. I briefly chatted with them and it was a pleasant surprise.

After that I left and I drove to Mako's and the main thing I'll remember about the night... LMFAO. That act performed at the nearby Amway Center and after the concert various people decided to head on over to the club before going home. I've said this before but I have no problem with the band. Their songs are catchy and make me laugh so that is enough for me. Their fans, though... to my non-surprise, many of them come off as douchebags! They dress in garish ways and just act goofy at best. At least I was able to laugh at their costumes.

* But the best was seeing a guy who looked like Russell Brand and also was an LMFAO fan; what a combination. He acted rather crazy the entire time I saw him there. He was jumping around and just being the fool.
* A girlfight almost happened right in front of me. I don't know how it started but a guy had to restrain his lady from going after another one and at least attempting to beat some ass. I still got bumped into and almost spilled my beer.
* Other than that not too much to say about the night. I had the usual great time there enjoying the various activities, drunken debauchery, and what have you... such as watching girls shake their T&A on the stage; as I've said before, they're doing it for attention so why not give them attention?

I don't know when I'll be back except that it'll be once in July, if not more.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot... while I was eating dinner on Saturday the TV was on and it was the trials to qualify to compete for the Olympics in diving. One of the competitors was named STEELE JOHNSON and I laughed uproariously. There goes my porno name! I suppose that PETER DRAGON is still available. A long time ago I happened to be looking at results for small-time wrestling shows and a wrestler in the Northwest used that name. I thought about it for a few seconds then I got it and I knew I would never forget it.

Like I said, Sunday was a wash but in the evening I did watch a teen movie from the late 90's that I surprisingly had never seen before, given that I WAS a teen in the late 90's. I only saw some of those flicks back in the day. Even then I was different from other people in my age group. As it recently was added to Netflix Instant I checked out She's All That. Yeah, it's a goofy and silly movie (as everyone has said before, LOL to the idea that Rachael Leigh Cook was unappeaing just because she was geeky and anti-social; she was still pretty hot) but it's still charming and wow what a blast from the pas it was. I mean, the cast of famous faces, the lingo, the music, the way it was shot, it brought me back to the late 90's. What a trip.

I'll be back a week from today. I really don't have much planned on the agenda, especially considering that damned Tropical Storm Debby, which caused all the shitty weather yesterday, has changed direction a few times and as of now is going to pass over the northern part of the state. Thus, more crappy weather for the week, probably. Yay!
